Policies & Agreements

When you book a session, you hold a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other Clients. We kindly require all Clients to provide a notice of 48 hours in advance of their session start time to avoid any fees. We will then hold the $40.00 deposit credit for your next session. Our sessions are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another Client the opportunity to book that slot. 

Canceling or rescheduling a session without a 48 hour notice will result in a loss of your $40.00 deposit for holding that session time.

Please plan accordingly and show up on time to your scheduled sessions. Arriving late will cut into your training time and will not be made up. Regardless of the actual session length you are given due to showing up late, you will be charged 100% full price (deposit and balance) for the "full" session.

If you are running late, it is your responsibility to inform the Coach by calling Ex Nihilo Nihil Fit at (941) 269-2348 . 

If you do not inform the Coach and they do not see or hear from you 20 minutes after your scheduled session time, you will be considered a no-show. (A no-show is when a Client misses a session without cancelling.) The Coach will then have permission to leave and your training session will expire. You will be charged 100% full price (deposit and balance) for any session you do not cancel prior to the start time.

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All fees must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.

All appointments, sessions, and programs are non-transferrable to other Clients.

We require a deposit of $40.00 per training session to be paid upfront upon booking. The remaining balance due will be automatically charged to your card on file the day of your session.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payments are accepted online through Square, via an approved payment card.
