During the cutting phase, our main goal is to lose fat, while retaining as much muscle as possible. To do this, we must be in a caloric deficit. Meaning, we are burning more calories than we consume.

“I found myself going through the motions in the gym and eating tons of bullshit. I wanted to get back to a place I was in North Carolina my last 2 years of the military. I decided to hire kels to coach me and of course we lived together so originally I figured she could kinda help out with getting my mind in the right place.
