GROWING UP, I'VE ALWAYS HAD A LOVE FOR SPORTS AND KNEW I WANTED A CAREER IN FITNESS. I GOT INTO SOCCER AT 6 YEARS OLD AND PLAYED COMPETITIVELY UP INTO COLLEGE. IT WAS MY COMFORT AND IT KEPT ME IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE.

BY THE TIME I REACHED THE AGE OF 14, I WAS IN THE GYM BEGINNING MY WEIGHT TRAINING JOURNEY. OVER THE YEARS, I HAVE HAD AMAZING TRAINERS WHO HAVE HELPED ME SEE HOW STRONG AND CAPABLE I REALLY WAS.

MY JUNIOR YEAR, I TORE MY ACL, MCL, AND MENISCUS DURING A GAME. I SAW ALL OF MY FITNESS PROGRESS CRUMBLE IN THAT MOMENT. I HAD MY SURGERY AND WAS A LONG WAY FROM RECOVERY. IT TOOK ME A YEAR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY AND HELP FROM MY TRAINERS AND DOCTORS TO REGAIN MY STRENGTH AND MOBILITY ONCE AGAIN.

THAT EXPERIENCE TAUGHT ME HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO HAVE A SUPPORT SYSTEM AND PEOPLE PUSHING YOU PAST YOUR LIMITS. THAT WAS WHAT PUSHED ME TO BECOME A PERSONAL TRAINER. I HOPE TO USE MY KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND PASSION FOR FITNESS TO HELP OTHERS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS AND THEIR NEW HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
